Shipping

All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Paris, France. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your parcel has been shipped. Shipping costs are calculated at check out.

Please note, orders shipped to countries that are not part of the European Union are suspect to import costs which are paid by the customer.

Returns / exchanges

For item(s) being returned and exchanged due to fit or sizing, we encourage you to learn about our Tailored To You program.

You can return item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date.

Please ensure the item(s) are returned in their original condition, original packaging and with all tags attached. If an item is damaged or in an unsuitable condition, we will be unable to issue a refund and the item will be sent back to you (we will ask you to pay for delivery costs). Return shipping method will be clarified after consultation of our return service. Please note, we are not liable for merchandise returned through an alternative courier service.

Once your return has been processed, please allow up to 14 days of receiving the item for your refund to be made. The refund will be made through the original payment method, the return costs will be deducted from your refund.
