The leaves have already began to change color and fall into piles on to the garden grounds. Every year I resist to let go of summertime but after the heat waves this summer, the crisp mornings have been really enjoyable.
Growing up in Texas, we never had a definite 'autumn season' in comparison to the autumn in Paris. The ability to both see and feel nature change in preparation for the new season is a connecting experience. It remains me of the interconnection we have with nature and the planet. How we can welcome change without resistance, the way nature teaches us to.
For the autumn season I've curated a selection of 9 books, 10 films, and 6 recipes for your exploration. I’ve also included a downloadable version of the journal, where you will find all of the recipes. You can access the download here.
